What happens if I am involved in an accident?
If you are involved in an accident with your rental car, regardless of whose fault it was, please do the following:

Call our main office; the phone number is on your reservation; |

Call 911 so that the police can write an accident report |
What if the car breaks down?
Call our main office. One of our representatives will take care of everything.
What happens in the event of damages to the car?
If your vehicle sustained damages, please let us know right away. Any damages you caused will be covered by your comprehensive coverage.
